Augustus Stephens is a poet, musician, writer, performer and champion for mental health and is the leading light behind Mad Tom Theatre.

His third one-person-show Altered Minds, Altered Realities received ***** from The Open Door and  'Highly Recommended Show' from Fringe Review. Six different characters with six different mental illnesses who get on with life in a world that doesn't understand them. His fourth is Frankenstein: Man or Monster, with 8 characters and 4 with different mental illnesses all set within a gothic comedy with a monster and a teddy bear which got a **** review from Broadway Baby..

He also performs his own humorous poems and songs (wherever they will let him) and has music
available for download. Winner of 'Pure & Good & Right Summer Slam 2013'
